PLUMB

Terms of Service

Rules for using PLUMB, collaborating on project data, expenses, payments and reports.

Last updated: August 8, 2026

1. About the service

These Terms govern use of the PLUMB mobile application. PLUMB helps customers, contractors and crews work together with renovation-project data, expenses, receipts, labor payments and access.

By using PLUMB, you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable law.

2. Account and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, safeguarding access to your account and activity performed through it. Do not share your sign-in credentials with unauthorized persons.

Project access codes are intended to invite the relevant participants. A user who shares a code is responsible for understanding whom they are granting access to.

3. Project data and collaboration

PLUMB allows participants in a project to view and modify information within their permissions and visibility settings. You are responsible for information, comments, receipt photos and other content you add and must have the rights needed to use and share that content.

4. Expenses, payments and reports

PLUMB is a record-keeping and collaboration tool. PLUMB is not a bank, payment system, accounting or legal service and is not a party to arrangements between customers, contractors, crews or other participants.

Amounts, statuses, confirmations, receipt photos and generated reports reflect information entered by users. By themselves, they are not bank confirmation of payment, a fiscal receipt or a guarantee that an obligation has been performed.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use PLUMB to violate law or third-party rights, obtain unauthorized access, interfere with the service, distribute malicious code, commit fraud, or upload content that you do not have the necessary rights to use.

6. Changes to PLUMB

We develop PLUMB continuously and may change, add or discontinue individual features, interfaces, technical implementation or other parts of the service. We may also perform maintenance and end support for outdated app versions when reasonably necessary for development, security or service stability.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to PLUMB, applicable law, security requirements or technologies we use. The current version is published on this page.

For material changes affecting users’ rights or obligations, we may provide notice in the app or by another available method before the changes take effect, unless applicable law provides otherwise. By continuing to use PLUMB after updated Terms take effect, you agree to them. If you do not agree, you may stop using PLUMB and delete your account.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep PLUMB available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation in every circumstance. Features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, third-party infrastructure failures or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Restriction and termination

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, prevention of abuse, compliance with law or a material breach of these Terms. You may stop using PLUMB at any time and delete your account using the available deletion process.

10. Privacy

Personal-data processing is described in the PLUMB Privacy Policy. Account-deletion information is available on the dedicated page.
